My background

I started my career in real estate with one of the top real estate developers in the country, Trammell Crow. I have always had a passion for real estate and am so happy that I’ve been able to stay connected to the market through my wife and business partner who has been a Premier Director with Windermere for the last 17 years.

My own real estate career was derailed for a few years while I satisfied my start up/internet itch in the late 90’s and early 2000’s.  I built several startups that were acquired by Expedia and Priceline respectively and gained valuable skills in so many areas…I got to work closely with some of the smartest and most creative people in Seattle and I’m so thankful for the experience.

But…my passion has always been in real estate…so I’m excited to return to my roots and finish my career where it started. I work closely with my wife Joanie, so our clients will benefit from our combined knowledge and experience and a team that has several hundred successful transactions.

I love working closely with people and the responsibility of helping them sell or buy a home is one I take very seriously. Once we have a clear understanding of your goals we can build an action plan to systematically execute against until fulfillment.
